Symptoms
When you attempt to open the Vision Guide
window on a system where the Windows DPI is not set to 96, a Smart Camera
communication timeout error occurs.
Causes
Windows DPI settings other than 96 (normal) are currently not supported.
Remedy
Set the Windows DPI setting to 96.
Open Display properties from the Control Panel,
then go to Settings | Advanced | General | DPI. Change to Normal (96).
Status
This problem will be fixed in a future release.
