Symptoms
After installing Windows XP SP3, RC+ hangs or
crashes after the SPEL Runtime drivers are started.
Causes
Changes in Windows XP SP3 affected the SPEL Runtime Drivers.
Remedy
Method 1
Install EPSON RC+ 4.2.2.
Method 2
Uninstall Windows XP SP3.
Status
This problem is fixed in v4.2.2,
which will be available in July 2008.
